Bai Qi turned his gaze back on his original track and headed to the cafeteria. He still had to bring food and drinks back for those damn roommates of his.

Soon, Jiang Fangcheng also received the news that his older brother was coming to the university for an event.

However, his attention wasn’t there.

He glanced down at his screen, feeling a little blue and agitated.

He was still quite worried about Bai Qi after he saw him that day. Even so, he didn’t dare to reach out to him first. He prevaricate and asked Bai Qi’s roommate instead.

The outcome was great. Bai Qi’s roommate told him that Bai Qi hadn’t left the room in a week.

He should be feeling upset, right?

Jiang Fangcheng couldn’t really stand seeing Bai Qi upset.

Especially… since he was the one who pursued Bai Qi. When they were together, he didn’t feel that he was more important than linear algebra…  Now, he was somehow a little pleased that Bai Qi was upset over him, but he also didn’t have the heart to see him upset.

Perhaps I should find a chance to meet him?

Jiang Fangcheng contemplated, and that lasted until 3PM.

By 3PM, the university was completely hyped up.

The area from the school gates all the way to the conference hall was completely crowded.

Bai Qi was seated in his dorm. Nevertheless, he could vaguely hear the excited voices coming from the outside.

He’s really here?

Bai Qi tilted his head and listened for a little. Then, he plugged in his earphones and continued watching his dramas.

On the other hand, his roommates started eagerly gossiping. It was actually a once in a blue moon situation for them to gossip. “Maybe the school invited Xi-laoshi to help us destress from our finals?” they said while laughing.

“Maybe. Xi-laoshi could be considered as our alumni since he studied here for a year before going abroad.”

“Ah, I want to get his signature too, but I’ll have to fight with the girls, that’s kinda embarrassing. Xi Chengyun is so freaking cool in ‘Bloom’!”

As they continued chatting, they too couldn’t help themselves and went out to join the fun.

On that day, the Weibo page of most students was swamped with things related to Xi Chengyun. In the forum, all the posts related to him were a hot topic.

In a blink of an eye, it was already 6PM. For the first time ever, countless people who were supposed to be chugging down food were missing from the cafeteria.

On the podium, the young man clad in a dark blue suit smiled and said, “Thank you for coming to today’s event. Later, the staff will choose ten students to receive a signed copy of the poster…”

He turned around and went backstage.

The leaving figure left an image in everyone’s eyes, an image full of grace and charm.

Not many people went after Xi Chengyun. Everyone was preoccupied with the signed posters, photographs, and other items.

Xi Chengyun let go of the backstage curtain and took out his phone.

Instantly, Bai Qi’s phone rang.

It was the same number as last time. Bai Qi paused for a bit, and then answered, “Hello?”

The event is over? That’s fast.

“I’ll be on the ground floor of your dorm really soon.” Xi Chengyun spoke at a calm speed. It was quite like an old-school gentleman, neither fast nor slow.

“Mn?”

“Alright. I’ll head down now.” Bai Qi was stunned for a moment, before he cooperated and went on his way.

After Jiang Fangcheng finished contemplating, he gave Bai Qi a call. However, instead of what he had expected, he heard, “Sorry, the number you’ve dialed is busy…”

“…” Jiang Fangcheng reacted.

Nevermind. I’ll go straight to his dorm. What’s more, he wouldn’t throw a tantrum in front of his roommates.

While Jiang Fangcheng was making his move, Xi Chengyun was changing into another coat. He slipped on a pair of sunglasses and made his way to Bai Qi’s dorms along with his assistant.

His assistant couldn’t help but ask, “Xi-laoshi, are you not going to wear a wig? I feel that… you’ll easily be recognized this way.”

“It’s fine,” Xi Chengyun replied.

It would be too difficult to recognize him if he were to wear a wig.
