"Never mind that. Are you interested in becoming a real human?"

Once again, Illya couldn't react at Shiro's words. Though, the other two homunculi besides her immediately understood him.

"What? Do you have a True Magic?" Leysritt expressionlessly asked. A hint of joking can be heard on it, but it is not too sarcastic.

"Well, I do."

After he spoke, Shiro snapped his fingers. A moment later, light covered Leysritt as she felt some vague changes going inside her. For a split second, an incongruency with her homunculi body appeared before it disappeared. Then, her body broke into white particles.

Strangely enough, this didn't give out pain but felt more comfortable instead. It's as if she had reached the peak of her own life level.

All of these lasted in a second, so nothing changed in the eyes of others.

"Leysritt... Huh?"

Just as Sella is about to say something, she sensed the "slight" changes that occurred in her—the most obvious changes being Leysritt's magic circuits and mana capacity increasing. She also vaguely sensed that she had changed in a fundamental way.

She swiftly grabbed her hands, only to feel that there's not much changes than before. However, coming in contact with Leysritt allowed her to know that while she still has her physical body, her essence had changed into an unfathomable one.

"There you have it. Can you feel it?" Shiro asked her.

Leysritt fell silent for a while before speaking, "So you do have it. True Magic. It's also [Heaven's Feel], what an irony?"

"Materialized soul..?"

Both Illya and Sella knew about [Heaven's Feel] as they are made with it in mind; rather, they are created to reach that goal itself. Moreover, the previous Magician has a deep relation with the Einzbern Family. Not only that, they are the first ones to know of the Magician's fall, which prompted them to initiate an eight-generations long work just to acquire it.

In the end, Illya is the first one to resolve this conflict and asked:

"You are the new wielder of [Heaven's Feel]?"

"That's right. You now understand my offer now, don't you?" Shiro replied.

"I do. But, why are you doing this?"

Hearing this, his thoughts was confirmed. The old man in the Einzebern Family made sure to not let out the secret of Illya's body.

"Because you have what I want. It's the grail inside you."

"...What?"

While she began contemplating, Heracles stared at him, ready to strike the moment he moves against her. Artoria also went besides him with her Excalibur fully exposed.

"Are you planning to use the grail for something?" She asked him.

"Why? You wanna use it, too?"

"No." Surprisingly, she refused it. "For someone who's playful, her words made a lot of sense."

In the first place, she only desired the grail to change back the past. To be more exact, the time when Merlin explained the two choices that she has when Excalibur is in front of her.

She had long accepted that Camelot is doomed to fall just like any other kingdoms. She thought that it doesn't matter as long as Camelot is still in the people's hearts today. However, what she can't accept the most is how it ended.

Her kingdom is a prosperous and strong one to the point that no countries could defeat them. Still, everything went downhill at some point. Merlin disappeared, the Knights of the Round Table began falling out, the betrayal of Mordred, and the Battle of Camlann as the ultimatum of her legend.

In simpler terms, she couldn't bear that these events had happened; that she unknowingly hurt many people, including her knights. She wanted to change the fact that her own rule became the reason as to why her country fell in the first place.

Hence, she believed that changing the past and giving the rule of Camelot to someone else is much better than her own rule—that she's mostly to blame for what happened in the end.

Perhaps, everything would've ended in a much better way. She and the others wouldn't have experienced those painful experience and be worn out by it...

However, talking with Castoria made Artoria subvert her beliefs regarding this.

For once, she made Camelot prosperous for hundred-plus years. Her rule is a widely accepted one, with the people grateful just for her being their leader. Moreover, her beliefs aren't wrong with her attracting many valiant knights due to her personality.

Even if their ends are something undesirable...

Even if her own choices are deemed incorrect...

Even if everything went downwards and brought the fall of her beloved country...

It doesn't change the fact that she, Artoria Pendragon, had been a great ruler. She made a huge mark in history, which in turn inspired many kingdoms from the future. Just as she wanted to, Camelot have been living in the hearts of many people until now.

To erase all of that just for her desire to change its ending... Truly, she had only focused in the bad parts and not the good ones.

"Anyways, I am planning to use the grail for something else. Oh, and the thing inside it, too."

"You mean..."

Artoria realized that Shiro is planning to use Angra Mainyu for whatever he is about to do. Even she isn't confident to defeat [All the World's Evil] once it goes outside the [Greater Grail], but Shiro is about to play with it!

"It's dangerous."

"Always has been. Still, it's a necessary step to take... at least for me."

To be honest, the Soul Points provided by the Servants that he killed is already enough for his ascension to godhood. Furthermore, there's still the single Ancient-level Entity that he reserved just for this, so he can literally become god in an instant.

Although, he planned to take in a boost in the form of [Angra Mainyu].

One has to know that Shiro is recovering his former power at the moment. This included his greatest discoveries, the [Armament Convergence] and the [Library of the End]. The thing is, he won't be able to regain them quickly if he takes the normal path. Only by devouring such entity would he be able to do so. Moreover, he would also become stronger in every level, far surpassing his former selves when they're in that realm.

Since Shiro is more than confident to take this boost, he didn't hesitate to do so.

"So... What's your answer, jou-chan?"

He looked at the silent Illya before coming in contact with her ruby-like pupils. The latter also felt his gaze and made her decision.

"I do."

"Let's go then."

Snap-!

This time, she together with Sella underwent a huge change. It is also the time when the two homunculi, originally created to reach that magic, became real humans...
