Ye Qian walked to the stove, his mood seemed a little downcast.
Seeing him Ning Wei and Yu Lan felt bad, they wanted to say something to him when Yuan Meng continued.
"You need to know that there will be many people who would want to use the powers Qian'er has for themselves if anyone were to know it and with that, it's better to hide it from Mom and Dad, it might cause more harm to them than good if someone heard it from them."

She went by his side and smiled at him while placing the vegetables at the side.

"I am fine now, just stay a bit away."
He turned back to Yuan Meng.

Saying that she gave him a hug and walked back to the table.
Ye Qian took a deep breath with his eyes closed and calmed his heart, the most important thing when you use the Spirit Stove Technique was to have a calm heart and a stable mind, as if one were to have something going on in his mind then that would mean he or she is less focused.
And with the calmness, it would change the nature of the food you were preparing if one was angry while he cooked with this technique then the food would have some the same nature as the anger in the maker's heart and thus would even have the ability to cause harm to those who ate it later.
Ye Qian took a deep breath and a smile appeared on his lips as he thought of the reason why he was making the food.
He started with making the rice as usual and within just 5 minutes the rice was prepared and since it was a lot he had to make it in two portions.
Yu Lan and Ning Wei were first frightened seeing the sphere of flame which was in front of Ye Qian but after noticing that it was him who was controlling it their hearts eased as they heaved a sigh of relief and sat on the chair while continuing to watch as Ye Qian made the food.
Meanwhile, after Ye Qian was done with the rice, Yuan Meng brought two large bowls in which Ye Qian placed the rice while she covered them and carried one of them back to the table.
Ning Wei stood up as Yuan Meng brought one of the bowls and went to get the other one quick.
Meanwhile, Yu Lan felt that there was something different in Ning Wei now, it was like she had found love.
Yu Lan didn't know why but she felt that Ning Wei also like Ye Qian, and Yuan Meng was also not saying anything about that.
Yu Lan didn't ponder over it and got the chicken to Ye Qian.
Ye Qian quickly poured some oil and ginger and garlic into it while adding onions, bell peppers, celery with other seasonings like oyster sauce, black pepper powder and shook them a few times and added the chicken to it and did the same to it like the rice as the chicken raised in the air and formed a ball and was quickly covered in flaming fire.
The ladies behind him had already starting to sweat by now since the temperature within the room continued to increase.
The Chicken Pepper was done in just a couple of minutes.
Yu Lan brought the Beef while taking it away.
Just like the chicken, the Beef Stir Fry was the same just a few extra vegetables were added and it was also done.
Now all that was left to make were the noodles.
It was rather easy since they were not much and it was made in just another couple of minutes, and it was the same as rice, but there was a blue flame that covered them when they were in the air.
The ladies were confused but didn't dare disturb Ye Qian for now and controlled their excitement to ask the change in the fire.
Meanwhile, as Ye Qian placed the noodles, he took a lot of them and placed them in another small bowl and kept it aside.
With that, the cooking was done and he turned back to the ladies with a bright smile.
He nodded at them and then walked to the slowly simmering soup, Ye Qian took a glance at it and checked if the meat was cooked or not and removed all the unnecessary things like bones out of it and let the soup decrease with the lid left open.
"Lan'er, can you call mom?"
He asked seeing that it was almost 8:30 by now and they should get started to eat by 9.
Yu Lan could only nod helplessly and walked out of the kitchen to call for Grandma Yan.
Meanwhile, Ye Qian removed the apron and drank a glass of water and sat at the table.
Ning Wei saw the sweat on his head and wiped it carefully.
But she didn't know that it was not his sweat but just the steam.
