Chapter 292: Are We Going On A Date?

Ye Qian opened his eyes after feeling a soft and slimy kiss on his cheeks.
His lips curved into a gentle smile as he continued.
"Let's make lunch for everyone and then leave for the things we still need to arrange for."
"Hmm."
Yuan Meng had placed her head back on his lap and was staring at him all the time.
It was like she didn't want to waste even a small moment while not being with him.
Ye Qian caressed her dishevelled hair and sat for a few more minutes giving her time until she was content.
After a minute or so Yuan Meng sobered up and woke up from his lap carefully and smiled at her.
Her smile was so infectious that even Ye Qian was dumbfounded for a few moments.
It was like she had undergone a deep change within as excluded a different charm around her making even Ye Qian daze for a few seconds.
Seeing him in a daze Yuan Meng felt happy and a light blush appeared on her cheeks.
Ye Qian felt that his wife was looking more charming as of now as she excluded this vibe all of a sudden.
Previously she would always have some or the other thing troubling her but now with all those kept aside, she looked to have a different charisma of her own.
Ye Qian's mouth opened and closed a few times wanting to say something but then he would lose his words.
The fact that he had met thousands of beautiful women trying to court him in the heavens was also true, but he always had this woman who was sitting right in front of him in his heart for all those 5000 years which he was living in the heavens and this was the only face which made his heart move other than that of his mother's which were since he also missed her.
Yuan Meng looked shyly at Ye Qian as he continued to stare at her for so long.
She wanted to wake him up from his daze but also didn't want to.
This feeling of seeing him looking at her in a lost way gained her a different success that a woman would always get from the person whom she loves.
Finally, unable to hold her beating heart, Yuan Meng lightly called him with a bashful look.
"Qian'er."
Her voice was so soft and low that if not for Ye Qian having his senses enhanced he would not have been able to hear her.
"Hmm."
He shook his head and smiled while nodding at the blushing Yuan Meng.
"Let's go."

She also quickly sobered up and nodded while both of them walked into the kitchen to make lunch for their family.

The two's laughs and chuckles could be heard as they recounted various incidents filling the silent atmosphere in the kitchen into that of a lively one with their memories.
The days of their University, their first date when Ye Qian was barely able to speak a word even though he had proposed to her.
And the way Yuan Meng was with him for the following months and how their relationship turned into a marriage and then a family.
Recounting all that made them happy as well as missing those days.
But what was going on right now was nothing they would want to cast away and in fact, when they compared the two lives of their, they felt that this one was way much better than that of when they were in University.

"Come we still need to wake out little bears."

Ye Qian was taken aback by a bit seeing her call Ning Wei a big bear.
If Ning Wei were to listen to Yuan Meng calling her big bear, then she might have really puked blood while shaking her head.
What else she could do other than that, she considered Yuan Meng as her small sister and here Yuan Meng was calling her a Bear, what an anomaly.
The two walked out of the kitchen and went to call for everyone.
Ye Qian didn't use the Spirit Stove technique as it would only make their hunger grow by the time they were going to have dinner and so to calm the already burning Spirit Stove Flame in their stomach he prepared a simple food with some more cool ingredients which had a heat-resisting effect.
Ye Qian went to wake the little girls and Ning Wei while Yuan Meng went to wake up Grandma Yan Grandpa Xiao and Xiao Ya.
On the clock, it already showed that it was 2 pm and it was already time for lunch.

Ye Qian called out after opening the door silently.
As soon as he opened it he saw Ning Wei was sitting on the corner of the bed with a worried look.
"Huh, Wei are you feeling more unwell?"
Ning Wei was thinking about how she should ask Ye Qian to ask Yuan Meng what was going on in her heart that she was hiding for so long since the morning, but she didn't want to say it in front of Yuan Meng as it would not seem good.
