80 Chapter 80: Teaching Silver a lesson
Hearing his questions Silver remained calm. He didn’t even blink or show any emotion, he merely gazed past Alex and saw the supposed unstoppable spear slowly climbing to his feet.
He watched as the police surround the area and slowly approached while screaming at him to stay on the ground. He couldn’t help but wonder how dumb humans are but as a person who considered himself a higher life form, he didn’t dwell on the thought.
He strongly believed there are three types of people in this world. There are the smart one percent who are cursed with the task to drag the remaining foolishly ninety-nine percent of the human population along. Within that small one percent, there are the extremely smart people who make a difference through innovations and technological breakthroughs.
Then within the same one percent are the brutes who force a change using strength. In Silver’s opinion, Alex falls in the second category. While he may look down on the second category, that does not mean he doesn’t acknowledge their worth and that’s why he even bothered working with Alex since he is more like a slightly smarter brute.
But even then, he is also a stringer
“I will give you only the necessary information... When the time is right” Silver said nonchalantly, making Alex frown.

Following the loud explosion, gunshot erupted. They fired viciously but even then their bullets couldn’t reach the unstoppable spear.
“How is this possible? He is not moving, how is he gathering power to do this?” Alex asked coldly.
“It’s not entirely right... To improve the strength of his ability and possibly reach the maximum destructive power it can bring out he needs to run and gate momentum... But that doesn’t mean he can’t use it when standing” Silver said.
Ale complained in his head but that didn’t stop him from dashing forward.

To them this was like a video game, they were still at level one and Alex has already reached level fifteen. The difficulty was far higher than expected! Who would have thought the unstoppable spear would be this terrifying when he stopped running?

“As expected! I failed to recognize both of you then... Silver and Alex of the Big four! It makes sense only members of the big four have what it takes to stop me when they join hands... Impressed but I have to apologize in advance... I swore anyone who stopped me will not see the light of a new day... You two are no exception!” Unstoppable spear said as he charged forward and threw a fist at the enemy.
“I know, I know, but I also wanna give you an opportunity! Surrender now and I won’t have to kill you how does that sound? If you just walk into a police vehicle and let them take you away, you can leave this place with your life! Isn’t that great?” Silver said as he dodged the punch with a slight frown.

The next blow was parried away with the lightsaber and even though it didn’t make it past the invisible barrier, it sank in a bit! Seeing this the unstoppable spear frowned and wanted to retreat a bit but Silver wouldn’t let him!
“Didn’t I warn you earlier? Your chance is gone! Die!” Silver who was once calm became fierce like a beast when attacking.
All his attacks with the blade were piercing attacks and his blade twisted and turned each time he struck forward! While many thought it was a feature of the lightsaber, Alex who was secretly watching knew it was a martial technique!

The Ainsworth believe humans can do without beast gears so none of them use it. But they still made use of deviant abilities and martial art techniques.
“Help him!” Tracy’s voice rang in his ears and Alex just yawned in response leaving her.
Silver believes he is too smart and cunning so Alex decided to stop playing dumb. He knew when Silver was trying to set him up with Tracy but decide to play dumb but now Alex has decided to start playing tricks while pointing out his intentions outrightly.
