However, the guarantee of this order was a hundred percent as long as the target didn't exceed the Qi River Cultivation.
Last but not least, the Silent Kill Order which was only available in Damien Kingdom main branch, the price was colossal, between 100 Million and 1 Billion.
The dispatch assassin will be Black Assassin and only 1 try will be given, if failed on the first try the silent kill order will be removed and no more orders for the same target will be taken anymore with no refund.
