Espa Town Medici Shop at the Bellango Chamber of Commerce Branch.

Although Ceato Village Store specializes in purchasing materials, it is otherwise a similar range of products at the head office.

I mean, very busy. Rather, since it is located closest to the street, the sales may be busier than the head office.

A peek inside the store filled me with shoppers, even though I should have made it for the spread.

No, this number of customers is definitely higher than the head office. After all, the power of a beautiful shopkeeper.

"No more spears?"

"Excuse me. The spear's already sold out the other day..."

"I'd like a shield, too."

"Ah, the shield is if it's a small shield!

"No, this big one."

"Excuse me. The shield of that size..."

A young employee who was near the entrance was being chased to deal with the customer.

The employee notices me and makes a happy face.

"And, Store Manager! Master Van! Master Van... Huh!

An employee who calls the store manager for a whimpering mix. To that voice, the adventurers and villagers who were visiting turn around.

And a tired face Medici appeared from the back.

"Oh, Master Van! Well done. You're here! That, today with delivery of weapons or protective equipment...?

I honestly and unexpectedly deny that Medici would listen to me like I was afraid.

"No, I'm not..."

"Ah, ah!

Sooner or later, Medici cried out on the spot. Too pathetic.

"It's okay. Because I'll make it right away! Here, get the ingredients! I'll make a bang!

Following in haste, Medici looked up in tears and prayed.

"Oh, thank you! Dear Van......!

"You're welcome..."

When he replies, Medici stands up and immediately speaks to the employees.

"Materials! Bring me wood, iron and misrils!

"Yes!"

Seeing a desperate figure and voice, I was thinking, this is a kind of war, too.

After a while, for the first time in a long time, I did my best to build weapons, armor. As the adventurers line up delightfully, they decide to make a box and a price list and have the money put in there.

"Dagger! Iron's good!

"Straight or song sword? A single blade?"

"Oh, uh... straighten it out with two blades!

"... Yes, like this?

"Whoa!? Fast! Wow! Thanks!

and leave it to momentum to judge the customers one after the other. Target within five minutes per person.

Then, two hours later, the goods went to all the customers.

"Good luck... I'm not a lineman. What were you, a baron? Factory manager's alias?

"Shh, excuse me. It's refreshing to me..."

I abuse Till out of tiredness. [M] Then God watched or heavenly punishment came quickly.

"Master Van! I brought you here!

Along with that voice, an ortho appeared with the adventurers.

"I've got a big sword and a set of armor! Oh, the shield is good for a large one with a little rounding!

Seeing and hearing that delightful face and voice, I fell asleep in my chair.

It's ash. It's ash. It burned out in white. Call me the high Baron Van next time.

Van, who abandoned himself, ended up spending all his time that day producing weapons and protective equipment.

No, it's good because I don't want to rush into war, but whatever you think, it's not the baron's job.

Whilst complaining, the next day is a meeting with the face of the Knights of Ceato the next day.

Gather everyone in the vacant land in the village of Ceato and stand on your stand.

The Knights now number a hundred, including a later increase in former neighbor village residents and slaves. Well, still not much, but enough to overpopulate the village if you think about it.

I open my mouth as I draw everyone's attention.

"Uh, knights. This will be the first expedition of the Knights of Ceato. The destination is Sukdet, the largest fortified city in the neighborhood. This is where we think we're currently in the middle of a defensive battle."

When I told him that, everyone's expression hardened. Especially the faces of villagers and slaves who have no experience in battle.

Well, neither do I. Everyone will be more.

"Perhaps the opponent is the Knights of the Kingdom of Yellinetta. We have been skirmishing with our country many times, and unlike us we will have a lot of experience."

Keep talking, everyone takes a breath.

I look around at that face and I dare to smile.

"But it's not enough to be afraid"

With that said, we looked at each other deliberately. Dee looks at me with interest. [M]

Conscious of that gaze, I laughed and held my right index finger up in front of my face.

"We'll never get to the front."

Everyone looks at my words on purpose. [M] And someone raised one hand.

It is Bora, deputy captain of the anticipated ultra-strong mechanical bow unit.

"Yes, Mr. Bora"

Pointing her finger and calling her name, Bora opened her mouth.

"Um, Master Van just got a new title, right? Then we'd rather be on the front lines..."

"Good question! Good question, Mr. Bora!

"Huh!?

Bora makes me jump on my shoulders in my tension. [M] But I can tell you why I convince everyone, so much so that I want to give Bora a hypertake.

I smile and nod and answer.

"Because His Majesty the King is interested in the weapons and fortified cities I have made! There are other reasons, but for now, only two or three hundred new knights will be placed in the rear because if they go to the front line, there is a good chance of devastation... should be!

When I told him so, Olt opened his mouth, now a new piece of equipment all over his body.

"That would be appreciated, but if it were placed on the front line, this face would seem to work out. Look, there's more than fifty mechanical bows made by Master Van, right?

"Well, yeah. But I knew if I was on the front line, there'd be war dead. We're all going home intact."

As I say, I signal Till and Kamsin and open the wooden box that was lined up in front.

Members of the front row are clawing ahead and trying to peek inside.

I looked at Kamsin and pointed to the rightmost box, smiling bitterly at the way it was going.

Camsin nods and moves, lifting the contents of the box and putting it out in front of his face.

"This time, I have prepared new equipment to protect myself. It's a light, sturdy big shield. If you stand on the ground and push your shoulders against the back of your shield, your whole body is completely hidden. There's a small window with a lattice on the top, even if it stays in place, so you can see the front from there."

Explain and have the shields distributed to the members in line at the beginning.

"Oh, light!

Provide supplementary explanations while watching everyone make a scene with a shield.

"It's the same material as armor. It's light and iron. Honey, I'm putting a thin misthrill plate on the surface, so even if I get magic from the flames, I can stand it once or twice, I should!

"Oh, my God!

"... but I haven't been able to verify it."

Keep your last words small and squeaky. You can't make everyone anxious.

Well, you're going to be fine because you're going to shoot arrows from as far away as you can for cover.

"I don't know if it's a carriage later. Let's make some. If you think about the King and Mr. Panamera's itinerary, do you have some time?"

Whilst I grumbled about that, I broke up that day and had Dee train the Knights.

In other words, I built a carriage the next day and finished it in three days.

I got stuck in a lot, but laughed and flushed.

Ha ha. Van, you don't choose the means to be safe. There is no reason to weigh yourself.
