The moment the first trial of the Dungeon of the Primordial Descendant ended, he was enveloped in a bright white shroud.

Only a moment later, the overly familiar robotic voice resounded in his mind.

[Congratulations! First Trial successfully completed! 37 Floors passed with 'Void' difficulty, Good achievement attained!]

Jason grew confused as he listened to the voice. He thought that his achievement would be much higher than great, possibly even extraordinary, not just 'good.'

It had not even reached close to extraordinary, let alone superior or any possible higher achievement.

Yet, that was not the case, and he barely received a good achievement, causing him to critically evaluate himself and do a self-analysis.

'Maybe, I was not as good as I expected? Was I really too slow in advancing?!? Just what kind of advancement speed does the Dungeon have as its prerequisite to deem someone's achievement extraordinary, let alone superior.

He couldn't help but be astonished, but after giving it a deep thought, Jason realised that he had been overestimating himself too much.

The Dungeon of the Primordial Descendant knew everything about him, and it had labeled him as the first Candidate of the Primordials' Descendant to ever enter it.

As such, he had assumed that he was special, yet, now that realization hit him, it was obvious that some other unfathomable strong beings had created the dungeon, with the passing standard of Primordials.

Jason assumed this because it wouldn't make any sense otherwise, at least to him!

Flabbergasted about the situation, Jason could only shake his head, dissatisfied with the achievement he had attained, after two years of hard work.

The only reassuring thing about his achievement were the Merit points he had obtained during the last two years and if his calculations were correct, he had earned close to 400 in total!

While the points would appear less compared to the rewards received from the first Inheritance site he had entered, obtaining a single Merit point in the Dungeon was much more difficult than earning tens of merit points in the previous Inheritance site.

Because of that, he assumed that a single merit point would be worth multiple times higher in comparison to the temple inheritance site, and the rewards should be even rare too.

At least that was what he expected, which made him smile subtly.

Thus, Jason couldn't stay dissatisfied with his final result for a long time.

Instead, he began to think about the things that should have happened outside the Dungeon, if the Gigantic Island Tortoise had already submerged, returning to the depths of the ocean, and if Jennifer's situation was as bad as he imagined.

There was no reason, let alone evidence for his mind to keep worrying about the possible dangers around Jennifer, but there was also nothing he could do against it.

All he could do was hope for the best and try to leave the dungeon as soon as possible.

As such, Jason hoped for the best, thinking that Luna would protect Jennifer.

However, how could Jason know that his gut feeling was not only true but also that Jennifer's beloved master, Luna, had been the reason for everything Jennifer went through as well as the things that were happening in the present and would happen in the far future!

Never could he imagine that Luna might abandon Jennifer.

Yet, reality was different, and everything was caused by the fact that the City Lord was able to procure a total of two Immortal eyes, one more than she initially required for the plan nobody had known anything about.

Jason had realised that something was fishy the moment he had seen a wicked emotion flicker in Luna's eyes when she talked about the Immortal eye. Though she had not given anything away through words, and it was gone in an instant, Jason's sharp eyes had noticed it. Ever since that day, he had been trying hard to devise a plan.

And, in the end, every single comprehension he made, led to the fact that something bad would happen.

Despite the warning bells, he would have never thought that Luna would cause distress to Jennifer, let alone be the cause for something bad to happen to her beloved disciple...however, he was soon going to be proved wrong.

As he was under the false impression that Luna would protect Jennifer, Jason felt reassured that Jennifer would be safe, that nothing would happen to her, and that everything could return to normal after his return.

However, this would never happen, not before everything in the Julandra region had drastically changed, leaving not even a single stone in its previous location.

Chaos had descended on the region, Archenemies turned into allies, while countless new enemies had emerged out of the shadows they'd been lurking.

They had gotten the chance to enter Kinra Island and the Inheritance sites.

This opportunity paved the way for them to obtain endless unparalleled treasures, improve their race's foundation, and become strong enough to defeat everyone around them as long as they would be able to get their hands on Kinra island, once it would re-emerge!

Unfortunately, this was not as easy as it seemed because the island was submerging, and would now be untouchable for hundreds of years.

Thus, all of the races were in a race to make adequate preparations in order to claim Kinra island for themselves, and the Julandra region that enveloped Kinra Island like a half-moon had become the ideal location to start preparing.

Being in control of the Julandra region would allow any race to have a better stance in the next period at which the Land of Inheritances would emerge!

Defenses could be built to be prepared against any kind of attack, and even traps that were strong enough to defeat Specta stage powerhouses could be set up as long as one had control of the Julandra region

As such, it was not even necessary to claim Kinra island as long as one had the sole or shared control of the Julandra region along with trusted allies.

Jason didn't know anything that had happened and was about to happen in the Julandra region, and had he known that all of it had happened only because the seemingly secretive information about Kinra Island had been released, he would have killed the perpetrator.

Kinra Island was a treasure trove like no other around and its news had ignited the greed of many races that were striving to become the sovereign of the surrounding areas.

Patience was important to achieve this, but what was enticing about the island was the massive possibility to have fortunate encounters that allowed one to reap benefits one could never imagine.

For Jason, time passed slowly, and he didn't know when, but suddenly he realised that the white shroud enveloping him had disappeared, revealing a gigantic valley.

He was in the center of it, surrounded by big trees, and there were mountains as far as his eyes could see, their peaks touching the clouds, creating a border to the outside world.

Yet, before Jason could even take a proper look at his surroundings, he caught a glimpse of one particular place- it had...an open field, many buildings...and humans?!

However, it was just a moment later that Jason perceived something different.

"No..those things are just made of amassed energy that turn into the beings I want to see...is that it?"

What he saw through the Emperor Eyes confused him, but considering that he was inside a dungeon, the village he was in couldn't have appeared suddenly, let alone be maintained if there were normal living beings inside it.

However, this thought made Jason think about the Tower trial because there, he fought against beings made out of flesh.

Or so he thought until now.

Thinking back to the time when his leg was cut off, he recalled how it had healed the moment he entered a new floor.

This was also odd, but Jason had just ignored it, thinking that it was not problematic if he were to just forget about it.

Yet, in the end, it was odd, and Jason thought that there was more behind the living beings inside the Dungeon of the Primordial Descendant than he imagined.

'Just what is this place?!'
