Underworld was due to my machinations getting stronger, and space was getting more and more stable, as the Grade of the Plane was climbing and soon would become Grade 3 Plane. Thanks to the Energy Density that was increasing due to some spells and help from Mercurius and Kaziklu Bey, I was able to construct magical spell formation that is used to nourish planes for them to evolve.
Even now, it was impossible to teleport for one unless he was High-Class, and I predict that by the time the Underworld would become Grade 3 Plane, then only Ultimate-Class and above could teleport. In one regard, it was good, as it was already troublesome to watch for everyone teleporting here and there, but that was due to the fact that space was somewhat loose in the Underworld before I did the method that Mercurius and Kaziklu Bey told me.
To reach Dimensional-Class, I needed to comprehend multiple Laws. I planned it to reach by comprehending Laws of Darklight and then to comprehend Laws of Destruction and Slaughter as they would be close to me in nature.
Before reaching Apocalypse-Class, my senses couldn't cover even 1/8 of the Douluo Continent, as this place was huge, bigger than the Underworld, but that was logical; Douluo Planet was far older, while Underworld was a relatively new plane and was still expanding.
Now that I have become Being of Law, I could cover the entire Douluo Continent without any problem, and If I used Laws to help me, then I could cover around the majority of the whole Planet if pushed to limits.

Now that as an Apocalypse-Class, as a Being of Law, no matter Universe, all of the had Laws, and they were rather similar in its patterns, so I could easily use Laws of the Shao Universe to my benefit, thus using the environment to travel instantaneously.
