The entire Astral Boundary was divided into several ones that could be called Astral Regions.
Central Star Region was basically in the middle of the Astral Boundary, where the Dresden Arcanum Empire was stationed, together with several territories of some factions backed by Tier 11 Powerhouses. Canghzi Plane, controlled by Warlocks, was also located here as other significant planes for Warlocks and Arcanists.
Divine Star Region was one huge area controlled by gods of various planes. It was confirmed that there should be at least 5 to 7 Myriad God Emperors. Still, as almost no one returned alive from that area, pieces of information are vague about the state of the Divine Star Region, as Gods are highly protective against anyone attempting to set their foot there.
Then there was the Ancient Eternity Star Region was filled with too many factions to count and boasted the highest amount of Tier 11 Powerhouses and several Inheritance Sites of Eternal-ranked powerhouses. Unfortunately, it was enveloped by war between countless factions, and there was never a day of peace. That was why everyone from other Star Regions stayed away from the Ancient Eternity Star Region.
Baator was located in the Desolate Star Region, which was basically a newly created region by an expansion of the Astral Boundary Universe. It wasn't that strong compared to other Star Regions but was as big as others.
Of course, aside from these, some minor Star Regions existed, but they weren't that important, at least for now.
Today, I called for the meeting of the Senatorum Imperialis to discuss some important matters before my departure for the Feisuo Plane.
Besides, I have planned to bring my wives with me to go on an adventure together.
Almost all members of the Senatorum Imperialis remained the same for 2,500 years. Only High Lord Ageres retired from his post several centuries ago, and the new Magister of the Domestic Affairs and Territorial Management was chosen. Surprisingly, it was Sona Sitri-Garou, sister-in-law of my son Sirzechs.
Sona, after several decades, married her former Bersker Class Servant, Loup Garou, who entered Imperialis Militarum and became Lord General of one of the Armies, Silver Lycan Army. He was an extremely strong werewolf of the Apocalypse-Class, with his physical body being unmatched at the same level. While Sona wasn't weak, she had difficulty reaching Apocalypse-Class, and she wasn't a combat-oriented person.
Her husband was very famous, actually, as he once fought five peak Warlock Monarchs simultaneously and killed them all. Those five were found on some Grade 3 Plane that we found in our Star Region. After it was proved that there didn't exist a connection between these warlocks and Canghzi Plane, we attacked.
Lord General Loup Garou led the attack.
Aside from this change, Tiamat has recently retired, and my daughter Hilda has taken her place as Commisar-General of the Commissariat.
Meanwhile, my wives Vena, and Fia, enjoyed their jobs very much, so they continued to occupy their posts to this day. However, Hela was on the verge of finding a successor to her post because she wanted to go into fights more often, especially now that turbulent times were coming. Current candidates for the post were Vali Lucifer, commander of the Khaos Brigade, and Arthur Pendragon and commander of the Sardaukar Forces.
Though Hela opted more for Arthur compared to Vali, as Arthur was more calm-headed and more suited for administrative work, and more essentially, Arthur's son with my daughter Sigurn, Artorias, who was born around a century ago, could succeed his father as Commander of the Sardaukar.
At the same time, Vali, being over 2,500 years old, didn't have children even if he had three women. Something that Vena and Fia greatly nagged him about, and Fia told me, that his wives planned some scheme to impregnate them...
And there was a new addition to the Senatorum Imperialis, who was Ecclesiarch of the Ecclesiarchy. After I had decided to ascend as God through my special method, and Hela and Sigmar, with few other trusts, did the same, we needed an effective way to gather the Power of Faith and regulate everything related to worshipping other individuals that ascended as Gods and me.
Currently, there are only two Common Gods, and the others are Lesser Gods.
Surprisingly the post of the Ecclesiarch was given to Rias, which nobody could expect. But alas, she has proven to be very responsible and has grown much during the centuries. Even though she lacked talent compared to her siblings, or other family members, she was cunning and skilled in negotiations and scheming.
Also, I wanted someone from the Imperial House to take up that post. While Rias was only a peak Super Devil, as her Soul Aptitude held her back, and she refused to take any outside help in increasing it, only her own effort, something that I was especially proud of, she was intelligent and could deal with all those religious fanatics.
Additionally, the fact she was family to the majority of Gods worshipped in the entirety of the Baator helped a lot.
Elders were also present for the meeting of the Senatrorum Imperialis.
As usual, Grayfia opened the meeting of the Senatorum Imperialis, and at first, some minor things were discussed.
"Now, for a reason, I have called this meeting of the Senatorum Imperialis."
I said with an authoritative voice.
"As many of you know, our Empire had grown enough to stop feeding on the weak, and we could now properly hunt the strong. For that, I have chosen Feisuo Plane, a Secondary Grade 2 Plane with several Supreme Gods sleeping there. This will be the first plane conquered, plundered, and absorbed into the Baator."
I stated as everyone held their breath.
For many centuries, Chthonian Empire only preyed on the weak planes and left stronger ones alone. We had rarely attacked higher-grade planes, and only when we were sure it was an easy task, and there was no backing for the factions on the plane.
