“Miss Fiona.”

Nina took an intentional and extremely polite attitude. Fiona felt shy, but she raised her head proudly.

She glanced at Laverto.

“Is it a knight’s job to wield a sword against unarmed patients?”

Her attitude was dignified, the clothes she was wearing were plain but strangely elegant.

A truly noble figure.

‘This is the person!’

Laverto lowered the tip of his sword but did not put it in its sheath.

“Your side was the first to argue.”

After Laverto said so, he narrowed his eyes, and asked.

“Are a Saint Fiona?”

“I’m no Saint, but Fiona is my name.”

“You must come with me.”

Fiona placed her fingertips on her cheek slightly and tilted her head in confusion.

“What’s going on?”

“I have a patient you need to take care of.”

“I am always here. You can bring the patient here.”

“He’s not one to be coming to this dirty pig’s den!”

He tensed his back and yelled, but Fiona didn’t move. Her bright green eyes only stared piercingly at him.

“This is not a pig’s den. It is a place where patients are treated. I am not going anywhere until I have taken care of all the patients here.”

Roberto ground his teeth and reached out, but Nina quickly blocked.

“I can’t help it, then” said Laverto as he ground his teeth harder.

“You brought it on yourselves! Hit everyone single one of them!”

“Wow, such a villainous line.”

Nina uttered in a loud voice, and Fiona habitually called her attention, “Mr. Nana.”. Nina laughed aloud and quickly dodged the opponent’s sword, then she dug inside his perimeter and smacked him in the ribs.

“Cokc!”

Laverto flipped his eyes, flew away, and landed with bubbles in his mouth. There was an unpleasant sound of broken bones.

The eyes of the knights were focused on Nina at once.

She was wearing a black shirt and a red ruby bola-tie. Although it was not common attire, it did not feel awkward or strange. Rather, it gave a strange feeling of intimidation.

Nina smiled brightly.

“Bring it on.”

The knights drove their horses and trusted their spears with momentum. Nina avoided the spear and grabbed the hilt.

“!!”

The knight, who had his spear caught, pulled back to retrieve it, but Nina added strength to her hand and raised it.

“Kug!”

The knight who was hit in the chin with the tail of the spear spouted blood as he probably bit his tongue. After she took her spear as it was, Nina pushed the opponent down and Fiona shouted from behind her.

“Don’t kill!”

“Gosh.”

Nina clicked her tongue.

“Yes, Yes.”

It’s not hard not to kill, but it’ll probably hurt a lot. It’s only one blow to die, but it won’t hurt afterward.

Nina thought to herself and began to swing the spear. All she had to do was not kill them, so she wasn’t afraid to stab. Even if there’s a hole in the shoulder or thigh, people won’t die, right?

I’ll spare their arteries.

Seeing their fellow members fall one by one, the knights standing in the back lost their fighting spirit.

“No, that’s absurd. It’s like a monster-.”

Horses are huge creatures, and it is common to feel intimidated just by being next to them.

On top of that, it is not as if you can simply prevent the attack of a knight who has been trained on horseback just by taking away the spear.

It was usually not possible, but she was making it seems like an easy feat.

“This is the last one.”

As Nina approaches, he gasped and swallowed his breath. When Nina held out a spear, which she had stolen from another knight, he screamed.

“I will surrender!”

Nina blinked. He hurriedly dropped his weapon and stepped down from his horse, thinking that when she stopped moving, she was giving consent to surrender.

He raised his hands

Nina threw the spear away saying “You are wise.”

“Wow!!”

“Nana! Nana!”

“Miss Nana is the best!”

People cheered, stomped their feet, and clapped. At the same time, they called out her name.

From their point of view, there was no reason not to cheer as Nina had beaten the strong people who had always tormented them and they could not even give a glance of resentment.

Fiona didn’t miss the right moment and asked people to move the injured.  Now the bystanders were accustomed to moving them to the tent.

Fiona applied medicine, bandaged them, returned their weapon, and sent them back.

Laverto said, “I will never forget this! I will send the knights!” and shouted.

“Send it.”

Nina said so and saw them off.

‘The rumor has certainly spread to the nobles. Even the one who is dull enough to attack directly because he doesn’t know who’s behind us heard about Fiona.’

 Nina smiled faintly.

Then it’s about time for the Prince to appear.

A Saint of light, no, a Prince who protects a girl with mysterious powers.

Won’t it turn out to be a very well-made picture? It was both strange and a little funny that things went smoothly as planned.

Some were anxious and expressed their concerns to Nina.

“Are you really okay? Beating the nobles…”

“Won’t the Capital Guard come?”

Nina smiled and calmed the worries of the people.

“It’s okay. Come on, that side was the one who pulled out the sword first.” (Nina)

“A group of knights came and were beaten by a girl like me. Wherever they go, it’s not worth talking about it.” (Nina)

As Nina spoke in turn, the people seemed to be convinced.

Fiona, who changed the dirty apron into a new one, came outside and asked, “What are you talking about?”

“Well, Miss Fiona.”

Fiona smiled as she glanced into Nina’s eyes conveying her concerns.

“It’s okay, don’t worry. I will take care of everything.”

‘Oh.’

Nina was impressed.

To take care of everything.

If done wrong, that remark makes the other person even more uneasy.

‘How can you take care of it?’

Those kinds of questions were common to come out. However, when Fiona said that, the people seemed relieved and that means that Fiona was giving them trust.

‘After all, she’s not a saint and the female lead for nothing.’

Nina, who was admiring, secretly drew a line on the word “female lead”. Because it probably wasn’t the right term.

‘It’s not transmigration, but why did it feel like one? When I think of my dreams, it’s definitely a return but I have no direct memories before returning.’

Nina felt like she was holding an unsolved riddle. Although clearly faint, she has other world knowledge and memories, and the story of the books she read was also clear.

‘Why did this happen to me? Why.’

It’s hard to know even if you think deeply about it, but it’s true that she’s no less curious.

‘Of course, the reality in front of me is more important than that.’

Nina looked up.

There were still many people in front of the tent. As new people arrived every day, there are still quarrelsome bastards.

Then the people all said, “Miss Nana!” and called for her. Nina also didn’t hate to run for that call. She scolds some, sends rude people away, kicks thug’s buts, and puts them in line.

‘People with wounds contaminated by Bellac are steadily coming.’

As Fiona continued to use her power, it was visible how tired she was in the evening. After having a light dinner and caring for the patient until late at night, the two returned to the mansion.

Adrian must already know that nobles had intervened, but Nina went to see him, wanting to report it with her mouth.

‘There isn’t?’

Neither the office nor his room, there was no Adrian.

Nina went to see Louis.

“General Manager, do you know where the Young Master is?”

Louis raised his head.

“He went to dispose of one fragment that was found.”

“Ah, it’s late so… What?”

“His Grace has gone to dispose of the corrupted spirit fragments with the Vice-Commander. It seems like it will take some time.”

Nina came rushing towards Louis as if running.

“Where? Only the two? How? Why did he leave me? Why didn’t he tell me?”

“Dame Nina, calm down.”

“C-Can I calm down now? Do you know what’s going to be there to send just two? No, I’ll follow them right away. Please tell me where they are.”

“Dame Nina.”

Louis put the pen on the pen stand. Even his movements seemed relaxed, but Nina bit her lip.

No, the two went to dispose of the corrupted spirit fragments alone?

“Shouldn’t they at least take Fiona?”

“Once they confirm if there’s a problem around, they’ll want to get rid of it first before taking Miss Fiona.”

“Why are the two doing that? Lord Louis also knows! How terrifying are humanoid Bellacs!”

“Dame Nina, calm down and sit down. I’ll give you a cup of tea.”

“Now is the time-!”

Nina, who was opening her mouth with excitement, snapped her mouth shut. The boiling heat cooled down in an instant as if ice water was poured down.

She spoke like a groan, like someone who had been betrayed.

“You left me out on purpose.”
