A few nights later
Lorien can be seen inside his room testing new ideas and applications of his ability after the usual night 'walk'
He passed those last couple of days learning how to use his martial arts, swordsmanship, and his ability together in combat
And it all went very smoothly with nearly no setbacks other than the limitations set by his energy reserves and his inability to directly manipulate the Source Energy inside his body causing him to be unable to try somethings
Other than that, there were no hiccups as he now can use his ability skillfully alongside his martial arts and swordsmanship
This is mainly because of the nature of his ability as the only true limit he has is his imagination
In particular, the nature of his ability allows him to simply try anything he thinks of, and then he will instantly know if it is possible...Most of the time it is unless its something absurd that will require an absurd amount of energy
This allowed him to be able to use his abilities in combat in such a short period of time
The reason he didn't try doing this earlier is that at the time he hadn't learned any combat skills such as martial arts and swordsmanship and all the knowledge he had about combat came from movies, anime, and some youtube videos...
This caused all the abilities he thought of to be very buggy and absurd requiring a lot of energy and being not very suited for combat or being too simple
But now after 6 months of training, he made a huge transformation, be it in power or vision, this enabled him to be able to use his ability more efficiently and flexibly in combat and not just use it as a fixed ability like it's from a video game
And so, this new vision for combat allowed him to exert his imagination to its full extent
And right now he is testing the possibility of long-range reality-bending through a proxy such as air
After trying for a while, Lorien held his forehead as he released a long sigh full of exhaustion
'It's indeed possible, but nearly useless at the same time...'
Shaking his head he decided to put it aside for now and test some other thing

Meanwhile, just when Lorien was practicing he didn't know that an uninvited guest broke into the estate
If Lorien were to see him he'd instantly recognize him as Akaza, after all that pink hair and the blue patterns on his body are very unique, not to mention that the Kanji written in his eyes are like an identity card
Entering the estate, Akaza didn't even try to hide himself as he walked in as if he owned the place
Akaza has very strong and honed sensory abilities able to sense things outside the normal range of perception, which enables him to sense the auras of demons and humans at a huge distance way
But after he entered the estate his excitement turned into bewilderment
'Did I come to the wrong place? why can I only feel the presence of one person here? and it's very weak..'
But even as his thoughts turned, his movements didn't stop as he rushed towards the location of the presence he felt
Meanwhile, Saigai was sitting in the backyard looking at the bright moon in the sky her mind wandering to God knows where, the moonlight shining on her body created a picturesque scene further enhancing her beauty
After a while, she turned her eyes to the direction of Lorien's room before giving a long sigh
"Sigh..."
'Such a beautiful nigh...should I call him out?'
As she thought of this her face turned a bit red obviously a bit shy
But before she could think of anything else a *swish* noise sounded as Akaza suddenly appeared in front of her
"Huh? A Woman?"
Seeing that it's a woman Akaza's killing intent quickly receded, but he still growled as a terrifying momentum locked onto Saigai causing her body to freeze in its place
"Woman! Speak! Where is that martial arts genius?!"
Looking at the terrifying demon in front of her and being locked in by it Saigai's mind froze entering a fight or flight state, but sadly her body could do neither as she couldn't even move a finger
'A demon??! arent they just legends? am I going to die?
And a Martial arts genius? is he looking for Lorien??'
Thinking of this the look on her face changed as remembered all that happened in the past 6months and how her life transformed because of him, finally allowing her to live such a happy life
As she thought of this tears welled up in her eyes as despair filled her being
'Why is my life so hard? Why can't I live a normal life?!'
'I Should have known! How can I live so happily for so long! All that happiness must have been a prologue for this, I am truly a disaster, I should have stayed away from Lorien when I had the chance...'
Looking at the cause of all of this Akaza, anger welled up in her chest, never in her life did she want to kill someone this badly
'If you want to kill me just do it! Why do you have to look for Lorien?!'
What neither of them noticed is that when her emotions reached their peak, her Origin suddenly flared as a scarlet red aura rushed from her body, and locked into Akaza
But as she had no idea about this she had to think about a way to send this demon away to gain some time for Lorien
'I am going to die anyway, ill try to send him away, I just hope Lorien can run away'
Feeling pity that she won't be able to live the rest of her life as she hoped together with Lorien, and remembering those past months, she resolved herself as she started acting
"D...Don't Kill me, please!! I'll tell you where he is!! He left this town earlier this week towards Asakusa, you can find him there!!"
After finishing speaking she closed her eyes waiting for death but after waiting for a while the blow she was waiting for didnt appear, but it was something worse as she only heard one word as a hand suddenly pinched her neck

The reason Akaza said this I because he has the ability to feel fighting spirit and killing intent, and in his perception, Saigai was oozing with killing intent and resolve but her actions were the opposite so it was very easy to tell that she was lying
Hearing this, the despair she held back earlier was completely released as she couldn't think of anyway now to get out of this situation
"Speak woman where is he!"
But Saigai just looked at Akaza indifferently refusing to speak, right now if she could move she would have spat on his face
Luckily for Saigai Akaza doesn't kill or eat women as he was just scarring her or else if it was Doma she would have long been dead

Meanwhile, Lorien who was practicing in his room suddenly felt a 'call' it was as if something was calling him in a certain direction
This call pulled him from his practice and the more the scarlet energy got consumed the stronger this call became
He now can clearly feel that its origin is about hundreds of meters away, even though it was outside his perception range it should still be inside the estate as this manor was a bit huge
After thinking about it for a second Lorien decided to go check it out as he instinctively felt that it was something very important
With that decision taken he instantly disappeared from his location rushing in that direction at insane speeds
