"And not to forget, that it has been liked more than weeks since she has not taken any of her medicines. I don't know if she is fine as she is saying herself to be." And this long span of time was enough to make her know everything about the girl and grow affection for her.
And that care and affection was the reason why she was so concerned for her even after getting shunned by her numerous times.

The chances of her getting mentally unstable are also very easy. That won't be happening so please just do a bit of cooperation before I ask your boss to send you all back to homes."
