"Wow..." I can't help but exclaim when I saw the gigantic building in front of me, it looked elegant and modern but also had a touch of majesty like the best painting by a legendary painter....
After a few minutes I came to my senses and headed inside the building to take the written exam, but it seems they were dividing the students into different rooms for the exam, so it would take some time to know where I will go.
Looking around I could see many people with very crazy particularities, honestly I was excited and a little intimidated knowing that these people are my opponents for a spot in the best school in the country.
"Get out of the way stupid Deku!!!" I heard a very loud voice in the direction of the school entrance, I turned my head to find a blond, red-eyed boy yelling at a dark green haired boy.
The blond haired one quickly went to form up in line as he looked around like a predator eyeing his prey.
"So these are the extras I'll have to defeat..." Said the blond to himself with arrogance and aggressiveness in his voice, this sentence earned him many death stares and hatred from the people around him but this simply made the blond smile.
Nasty... I thought.
"Miss, here is your homeroom number!" Said a beautiful lady who was directing people to their exams, apparently without realizing it I had arrived my turn, I thanked the lady and went to my classroom to take my exam...
"That was exhausting..." I said with a tired sigh as I walked to the second part of the test for UA quota, the heroism test.
The written test was divided into two parts, the first one on general knowledge, history, culture, language, these questions were difficult, for once in my life I felt nervous with a test, how the hell was I supposed to know when anime was created....
The second part of the written exam was easier, it dealt with questions like:
In a hostage situation what would you do? Or If you had to choose between saving people or saving your fellow Hero what would you choose?.
While most were easy some left me hesitating and rambling about what I would do in that situation. But the answers I gave were from the heart and only re-strengthened my spirit and determination to make me the best heroine I could be.
After my internal monologue I arrived at a large room where many participants were seated, the place looked like a kind of giant stage, following the number assigned to me I went to my seat and waited for the show to begin.
After a few minutes the lights went out and....
"HOW ARE YOU PARTICIPANTS!!!" I heard very loudly a voice from middle of the stage, it was a tall man with golden hair, he had a sunglasses and was wearing a mix between rock and metal, it was easy to identify him for many people it was President Mic.

Absolute silence, even I felt a little sorry for Mic....
"IT SEEMS THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE DISCOURAGED!!!! NO MATTER!!! LET'S GO ALL OUT PLUS ULTRA!!!" Mic shouted again while waving his arms to cheer up the atmosphere.

Suddenly a large screen descended behind Mic and showed 4 large silhouettes on the screens.
"THE EXAM IS... A COMBAT EXAM!!!!! YOU WILL HAVE TO DEFEAT THE ROBOTS TO COLLECT POINTS!!!! AREN'T YOU EXCITED?!!! GIVE ME THOSE SCREAMS!!!" Mic shouted again as he nodded to himself, not caring how people looked at him.

"THAT'S WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR!!!! ALL RIGHT THEN..."
He basically explained the rules and what could and could not be done, with a bit of encouragement at that.
Basically we had a few minutes to destroy as many robots as we could, there were the 1 point robots which were small and weak but very fast due to the wheel they had on their one leg, the 2 point robots which were basically scorpions these are the most balanced, the 3 point robots which were big and tough but very slow, and lastly the o point robot, which...I don't know...he didn't tell us what it was as it would be a surprise but in silhouette on the screen it looked like some sort of tank, possibly the weakest due to its zero amount of points.
We would be divided into groups, from group A to G in different cities to give a bit of realism to the situation.
After that we went in a bus to the designated zone, in my almost it was zone F.
The inside of the bus was quiet everyone looked at each other competitively, I was no exception.
After getting off the bus we saw a large wall in front of us with a large letter F in the middle of the door. After a few minutes the gate opened showing us a large empty city.
Everyone got in position to get inside as fast as possible once we were given the signal, I could feel my heart pounding like it was going to burst, I was nervous and excited.
"Good luck, no matter if you fail dad will still be here to support you..."
A memory from before coming to the exam goes through my head and manages to calm my nerves a little bit, it doesn't matter if I fail, I can become a hero in another school, but I'm not going to give up so easily of not getting into the major leagues....
"ALL RIGHT LET THE EXAM BEGIN!!!" Mic announced to the participants with a loud shout.
In an instant I accelerate and appear kicking a 2 point robot, apparently the metal is not as hard as it looks I can easily destroy it with my kicks.
Good! Those are the first 2 points... let's go for more... I thought with a smile in my face, I felt excited and happy, I felt free.
Some people were still thinking that I opened a reverse gear but they quickly realized that it was not so. Others were surprised to see that a participant had disappeared and appeared destroying robots along the way.
Lena after destroying 3 robots of 1 point was attacked by a robot of 2 points, this one tried to hit her with its tail but Lena jumped backwards dodging the tail and this last one stuck on the floor, Lena taking advantage of the opportunity went out shooting for the head of the robot, and with a kick that looked like a needle left a hole in the head of the robot eliminating it and gaining 2 more points, now she had a total of 7 points, not bad at all.
Lena ran off to get more points, she didn't want to abuse the Acceleration because they have a 1 minute recharge and that's a long time in this exam.
After a few minutes Lena had already scored 20 points. Half the time of the exam was left, even though I felt that I had already passed the exam I continued eliminating as many robots as I could.
Using Acceleration to climb a building to see where the robots were gathering, after all information is power and power is winning.
Looking around for a few seconds I could make out where a couple of 3 and 2 point robots were. I could not risk fighting the 3-point robots, they were very resistant, although I could defeat them it took a long time which was essential for this exam.
Suddenly I saw how a robot was about to run over a participant who hurt his legs.
Acting quickly I accelerated twice to get to where the person was, I appeared at the robot's head and all I did was kick it out of the way to make sure it didn't hurt the participant, after that I kicked it directly in the head to destroy it quickly.
"Are you alright, do you need a ride to the entrance?" I said as I jumped off the robot and approached the participant.
"I-I... I DID NOT NEED YOUR HELP GET LOST!!!" He shouted as he tried to get up but he can't get up, so despite his cries of denial I quickly pulled him to the entrance with another Acceleration where he quickly entered medical equipment.
After that I use Backspace to get back on top of the building and restart my Accelerations.
This is more tiring than I thought...
In the end I had managed to collect 41 points, not bad I think... after that the medical team checked me to see if I was injured but there was nothing serious, apart from pains in my legs and a few small cuts.
Currently I was sitting on the couch at home watching TV, a week had passed since the entrance exam, I felt confident that I had passed the exam from what I saw at least in my area not many had achieved the same as me....
"Dear~ guess what just came in the mail from the-, hey!" Winston exclaimed, he had a letter from UA in his hands seconds ago only to have Lena snatch it away from him with Acceleration.
Sulking he sat down next to Lena to see what the letter said. Lena uncovered it and there was a small black circular device, Lena placed it on the living room table and a prejection of All Might appeared.

"HELLO I'M HERE AS A PROJECTION! BEFORE YOU ASK WHY I'M HERE, LET ME TELL YOU THAT YES, THE RUMORS ARE TRUE, I'M TEACHING AT UA!" greeted All Might as he smiled brightly, although, well, he always had the same smile.
"WE ARE IMPRESSED BY YOUR TALENTS MISS OXTON! YOU HAVE PERFORMED VERY WELL ON THE EXAMS SO..." All Might said in a mysterious way to have a tense atmosphere....
And he succeeded, Lena and her father kept a dead silence to hear clearly All Might's answer.
"YOU PASSED! WITH A LOT OF POINTS TOO!" All Might said as he clapped his hands and a large board was revealed with many names written down.
