Axel smiled and leaned in to place a light kiss on his lips before disappearing and before his men had time to ask him any questions, Axel was already back with Willow nestled in his arms sleeping peacefully.
All of his men’s eyes widened when they saw Willow and Mason then asked him not believing his eyes : “Is it a phoenix, a baby phoenix ?”
Axel smiled at them like any father who is proud to present his child and he told them: “This is our daughter Willow, my father gave her to us when she was just an egg and we decided to adopt her.”
They couldn’t help but come closer to admire her and Kevin then proudly told them too : “Phoenixes are usually legendary creatures, but our little Willow was born already a divine creature, and she is the first of her kind to evolve, just like Axel is the first Werewolf to also evolve into a divine creature.”

They all had a great time and after only a few hours of rest, they joined the others and they finally went into the gravity room under Caleb’s care.
And while Kevin, Erik, Ashton and Yelena continued their training, Caleb took the time to explain to Kevin’s men how to use their chakra.
They all had it because they were all fighters but in their world which was a modern world, the use of chakra had been replaced by firearms or technology and so none of them had ever really used their chakra reserve.
But they were not Kevin’s men for nothing, and they all quickly understood the principle of using chakra, and after only a few minutes they could already focus it in certain parts of their bodies.
When Caleb saw this he was pleasantly surprised and he explained to them that the best way to learn how to create force fields was to train in a real situation, when their bodies would need to be protected, it would be much easier to create a shield because they would have no choice if they wanted to keep progressing.
And so Caleb finally let them start to move forward in the gravity room and when they were stopped because the pressure was becoming too much for them, like Kevin and the others earlier, they marked the floor, with a marker that Caleb had provided them, using their code name to leave an imprint in this room where the best warriors in the universe had trained.
