The outcome was inevitable so the King ordered the remaining soldiers : “Kill them all ! Use your weapons and combine their powers to exterminate them !”
Colin tensed up immediately upon hearing this, there were over thirty weapons made of Trinium on the King’s side so he contacted Mykael to get his orders, ‘Mykael if these men really combine their attack even Kevin and Axel won’t be able to block such an attack, what do you want me to do ?’
Mykael smirked as he heard Colin’s panicked voice and he said to him, ‘My love, trust the children a little more, what these men are planning to do, Kevin must have already planned it, let them deal with it in their own way.’
The sky suddenly darkened and lightning flashed across the sky, the wind also picked up and Colin didn’t even realize that he was the one causing all this turbulence.
It was only when he heard Mykael’s voice coming from behind him and when he felt his hands on his shoulders that he managed to calm down : “Colin, calm down my love, everything is going to be fine, look !”

When the soldiers realized that the golden flames were melting their Trinium weapons and coming closer to them, they turned pale and threw their weapons as far away from them as possible.
Only, these soldiers were not lined up in a straight line, and some of them, completely panicked, threw their weapons too close to other soldiers who instantly started to burn after coming into contact with these golden flames.
And no matter what they tried, all their efforts were in vain because the golden flames could not be extinguished.
The King who was too focused on keeping his chakra flowing into his swords to keep his whirlwinds active didn’t realize until it was too late that there was chaos around him and suddenly two of his soldiers hit him causing him to lose his balance and focus.
And as Kevin’s whirlwinds were about to hit him head on, the King grabbed two of his soldiers and threw them in front of him to use them as human shields.
Kevin snorted with disdain as he saw this and then he said to Axel looking at the King with a creepy smile on his face : “Honey, bring me the head of this King and take care of the rest of the soldiers who have not yet been killed by the golden flames, it’s time for this battle to end.”
The golden circles around Axel’s pupils began to glow more intensely but as he had promised his father, he did not use the power of his tattoos.

And with the golden sword, which was entirely made of golden particles, that Kevin had given him before launching the whirlwinds to counter attack the ones of the King, he moved so fast that the ten or so soldiers who had managed to escape the golden flames didn’t even see him coming at them, and they all died just like that, not understanding what had happened.
All the bodies of the soldiers who had refused to surrender were now nothing but ashes and Axel obeying Kevin’s orders didn’t hesitate for a second and he teleported instantly between the King and the teleportation portal that the latter had just opened with the intention of fleeing.
He immediately decapitated him not even letting him speak.
Axel with Kevin’s sword destroyed the teleportation portal and he dispersed the golden particles that were still on the neck of the King’s decapitated head, preventing them from turning the head that his husband had asked him to bring back into ashes.
All the soldiers who had surrendered earlier were in shock at the power of their new King and his husband, some were shaking like leaves, others were on their knees as their legs could no longer support them and others were even vomiting.
They had just seen in a few minutes a group of elite soldiers equipped with the best weapons their world could provide annihilated, burned alive by golden flames that seemed unstoppable, and their brains were still struggling to accept this reality.
Axel returned to Kevin with his trophy in hand and Kevin said to him sighing : “Let’s finish this quickly, I want to see our daughter.”
Axel smiled at him and said : “It’s almost over babe and our baby girl must still be sleeping, my dad and Colin have spoiled her too much and she must still be digesting all the magical beasts she has eaten.”
Kevin’s face lit up instantly and he said : “You’re right, she must still be sleeping, she was so adorable when she proudly showed us the magical beasts she had hunted.”
Axel kissed his forehead tenderly and he asked him, radically changing the subject by pointing to the head he was still holding by the hair : “What exactly do you want to do with that head ?”
