Ever since Su Ran and Su Han had returned from the Quality Development Outing, Su Ran had started considering matters about buying their home.

“I will need some personal information if you will be taking out a loan.”

“Will you be the only person on this loan?”

“What is your monthly income?”

“Your annual income, then?” The salesgirl asked again after a slight pause. “How much do you make annually?”
“I, I don’t know. Uh, I’m not certain,” replied Su Ran with a slight frown.
“Then may I ask which company or unit do you work for?”
“Neither one of those,” replied Su Ran honestly.
Su Ran regretted all of a sudden. Yu LeLe's Studio had extended an offer for her to be a producer previously.
“This…” Hearing that, even the salesgirl frowned a little and she gave Su Ran an odd look.
No job, no income, and she seemed to be single. She was somehow able to produce over 3 million yuan for the down payment. Was she a… ?
After all, this woman in front of her was quite pretty.
Su Ran could read the salesgirl’s mind but the frown on her made her nervous.
“Can I please ask. Can I not get a loan without a job or a salary?”
“That would be tricky. After all, we cannot be certain that you will have to ability to repay the loan without those.” The salesgirl thought about it some more and said, “Will you, then, be able to provide bank record of a steady income stream in the past two years?”
That question stumped Su Ran as well.

“We apologize, Ms. Su. We just ran your credit and you have a total of 36 late payments on your credit card. Without a good credit history, you will not be able to secure a loan.”

After hesitating for a couple of days at home, Su Ran began to wonder if she should accept the remaining few composing job offers that she had on hand.
A few celebrities’ studios or agents had, through some means, obtained Su Ran’s contact information and had reached out to her and expressed their desires to purchase her music.
Su Ran, after listening to the few celebrities and singers’ other work, had declined the offers.
Now she was having second thoughts.
Nevertheless, last night, before Su Ran could even dig out the phone numbers of the studios that had reached out to her, she received a call from the sales office of Lucky District again.
Per what the salesgirl had told her over the phone: Their office was celebrating their anniversary and they would provide any customers who would be paying cash with an installment plan.
Meaning to say that all Su Ran needed to do was to come up with the initial down payment of 3.6 million yuan and to pay off the remaining 3 million yuan within six months of time.
As much as it felt somewhat unbelievable but Su Ran was still very happy when she found out that she could buy a house after all.
She couldn’t wait to share that with her son.
