Then, Snow ended up being fused with the skill instead of Blizzard due to her incompatibility and well from what we've just assumed (no clue if it's right) 1 stat point was used to make a new Unique skill called [Manifestation] which allowed them to take on a physical form in exchange for what I hope was one payment of a fourth of my stats."(Rina)
