"Looking at your face, I can see that you were sailing toward the Yotsuba Island Region," the man asked Leo, who now has a dumb fold on his face,
"Man, that must be one heck of the storm to screw your sense of direction this much, that you start traveling in the opposite direction, hahaha ha," the worker said with a laugh.
And other workers near them also heard their exchange and chuckled in amusement.
"Ahem...ahem, Thank you for telling me, but how about you tell me this town's name also," Leo asked while coughing to stop his laughter so he could get his answer from the worker and clearly not because he was embarrassed about the situation,
"Sorry for laughing at you, but seriously almost anyone that knows even a little bit about navigation will not make this big of a mistake, but whatever you say, this town also has the same name as this island, and this town is the only town on this island so that why it called Kasa town, is that all or would you want to ask something else," the middle-age worker's replied to Leo with an expression that screams to hurry up and ask fast so he can get to his work,
"Just last question, Sir..." Leo asked his name,

"Okays, mine is Leo, so can you tell me if there is a Marine base on this island or near this island," Leo asked the worker now named John about the Marine base so he could cash in the bounty of Red Bull Pirates,
But the expression of all workers changed, and Leo could see that a worker at the back had taken out a den den mushi, the one-piece equivalent of the phone to call someone.
'From their changes in expressions, I can only think of two possibilities,'
'One, they probably think that I am from a pirate group that wants to attack this town and is sent to confirm the existence of Marine on this island.'
'Or two, they are afraid of Marine in this town.' Leo thought after seeing their expressions change when asked about the Marine.
So to quickly stop the situation from escalating if they thought about reason one, Leo hurriedly explains the reason for asking about the Marine base to them.
"Or a place where I could cash in the bounty anyone of the two will do," Leo said without missing a beat.
But after seeing the bewildered looks on the worker's faces, Leo explained to them more about it.
"You see, I am a bounty hunter, and I was going to shell town to claim the bounty of Red Bull pirates," Leo said before taking a drastic pause and then continuing to speak,
"And then the storm happened, and here I am broken with only a pirate bounty as a means for money," Leo said to them while being over dramatic about it.
"don't worry about it! the Marine base is two kilometers away in that direction, so you can go there to exchange the bounty," John and others were back at their previous behavior as if there were not ready to report to the Marine that Leo is a pirate,
(which he is, but he just hasn't gained his first bounty, or he just wants to become one, but technically he is not a pirate as the World Government or the Marine hasn't made him wanted)
"Thanks, you were a great help," Leo said while thanking John and others.
After bidding them farewell, Leo started roaming the town while also trying some foods, and under an hour, Leo ended up touring the whole place, and then he returned to his ship to retrieve the head of Nerva Shapour and started walking towards the Marine base,
After reaching the area where the base was, Leo called a Marine that was standing outside.
"Hello, Sir could you tell me where I can get this bounty exchange," Leo asked in a polite tone,
The Marine was taken back by his tone because he had a clear idea that he is a low-level marine! that would remain at this level his whole life,
So yes, he was pretty shocked that anyone strong enough to be a bounty hunter was asking him in a polite voice.
"Ahem, sir can you hear me," Leo asked again.
"Yes...yes, you can follow me to the commander's office, as any bounty above 5 million needs his approval, or if it is less than 5 million! then we can go to Lieutenant Bart, as he handles all of them," the Marine said enthusiastically
"Okay, we can go to the commander's office, as the bounty is above 10 million," Leo said while gesturing for him to show the way.
But the thing! Leo didn't notice or didn't care about the Marine officer was too shocked to think after hearing his words.
"Ahem"
"Yes..yes, please follow me," the Marine officer said while starting to guide Leo to the commander's office.
After reaching it, the officer asked for permission to enter the office.
"Sir, this bounty hunter is here to exchange the bounty he acquired," the officer said with respect and professionalism.
"At ease, so he must have a bounty above 5 million for you to bring him here," the commander said while looking at Leo with curiosity.
"Yes, I happen to come across this pirate group and the rest of the process you are familiar with," Leo said while shrugging his shoulder.
"Ah yes, they must have started attacking your ship, and you killed them all, and when you find out their bounty, you are here to collect them, right," the commander said with a tone like he had seen this situation lots of times,
"Hahaha, I didn't know my situation was this common," Leo replied before continuing to speak.
"This is the bounty poster of that pirate, and this is the head," Leo said while dropping the bounty poster and the sack which contains the head on the table.
