Maybe Joln didn't think that through because the arrow bounced off the creature and fell to the ground. The beast got vindictive and hurled a scream exposing its mouth that six hundred teeth going in raadial patterns. And as it screamed two more eyes opened on its forehead

'Arrows can't do anything to ice.'
