The two nurses with the wrapped-up babies came out first. Behind them was Qiao Qing being rolled out on a bed.

He cupped her face and kissed her hand. There were tears in his eyes, “Qingqing, are you still in pain?”

Jun Yexuan sniffled and rubbed his forehead against their clasped hands, “We won’t have any more children okay? I don’t want to put you through that again.”
Qiao Qing’s heart felt warm, “It’s all worth it. Look at our children. They’re adorable.”

By now, the babies had been passed to Qi Yunyan. A group of people circled them.
Quan Zexi took over the babies and handed them to Jun Yexuan, “Take a look at your daughter. I am going to check up on mine.”
