Mr. William was lying on the bed and looking at ceiling. His half body was bandaged (except face), even after being warned and beaten up by Danica twice, he was still unaffected and was feeding his ego.

Door opens and Mr. William's stare was interrupted immediately.
A man wearing cap enters the room and approaches William.
"Boss" he says
Mr. William looks at him with scowling face.
"B..Boss Ms. Danica --" guy paused
"Speak up! " Mr. William says loudly with every bit of energy that was left.
"Ms. Danica is dead" he says briskly
Upon hearing this, Mr. William's face gets elated from scowl in no time.
"Are you sure?" he asked the guy with a bright smile on his face.
"Y..Yes" the man replied lowering his head.
Mr. William upheld his hand , giving a sign to leave.
The guy leaves the room and takes out his cellphone. His fingers fluttered as he typed a message.

Two black cars arrive one after the other at the entrance of the company.
Danica and Alfred steps out of the car and enters the company expressively. All employees and staff members stands up and bows, as they pass by.
Meanwhile, Paul enters the company hastily and moves towards Danica's cabin.

Door opens abruptly.
Danica and Alfred enters the cabin, upon seeing them Mr. Lee and Nina stands up briskly.
"Oh God ! Are you alright Dan?" Nina asked and gave hug to Danica.
Danica hugs back and says with smile "I am fine"
Nina pulls away and grabs Danica's shoulder.
"I was so worried" she says with tearful eyes.
"We were so scared, when we heard that" Mr. Lee adds
"As long as I am with her, nobody can harm her in any way" Alfred said with stern look.
Sean looks away as he hears that.
Meanwhile Paul enters the cabin and gasps heavily.
Everyone looked at him as he gasped.
"Why are you gasping so badly?" asked Sean
"Did dog chase you again?" Mr. Lee inquired.
"N..no" Paul says
"I came here all way briskly through stairs" Paul adds.
"Hey, we have paternoster (lift), don't we ?" Mr. Lee asked
"Oh yes" Paul's brain lights up now.
"Aish...this guy" Mr. Lee mumbles.
Nina sighs.
Danica sits on sofa now and leans back.
Alfred sits beside her and holds her hand.
[Are they dating?] Mr. Lee thinks
[I am feeling so dejected] Sean thinks and winces.
"I never thought Mr. William will go so far in revenge" Paul says and flinches.
"Paul" Danica says impatiently.
Paul looks at her.
"Be prepared mentally, you will get your ownership back by next week" Danica says
"How?" Paul inquired promptly
"There's only one way" Alfred says and stands up.
Everyone looked at him giving a serious stare.
"I have a plan" Danica said and crossed her hands.
"What ...what?" Paul inquired curiously.
Danica smiles.
She gets a notification on her cellphone. It read like:
HE IS GOING MELBOURNE NEXT WEEK FOR SHORT VACATION. THERE WILL BE NO GUARDS AROUND HIM.
Danica smiles.
[Perfect] she mumbles and smiles devilishly.
"I guess you all should take a day off" Alfred says
Paul left the cabin, he was already frustrated because of the chaos that his dad was creating every now and then.
Nina gives a hug to Danica before leaving.
Mr. Lee and Sean left the cabin as well.
Now Alfred and Danica were all alone.
She moves towards the long glass windows and stands there gazing at the view. Her hands positioned at the back.
Alfred stands beside her.
"I'm sorry" he says
"What are you sorry for?" Danica asked, she was still gazing at the view.
" It's all because of me. Mr. William had issue with me and ---" he answers hastily.
"It's alright" Danica cuts him short and replies.
Alfred exhales briefly.
He looks at her for a second and thinks
[ Why are you like this? What made you so bad? I have seen how compassionate you are and how you care for your close friends and people. Why you always try to show this tough exterior to world ? Why? I want the answer]
Danica catches him looking at her with compassionate eyes.
" What? Why are you looking at me like that?" she asked.
He now looks away abruptly.
"Everything has a reason" he says looking at the view through glass window
"I am very straightforward especially while talking --" he says
[That's what I like about you the most] she thinks and smiles inwardly.
" I want to know one thing" he says
" What is it?" she asked curiously
" Why are you like this? What made you so tough? " he asked looking at her.
Her face gets cold and stern as she hears his question.
"Everyone hates and are afraid of my behavior , But, No one ever took pain to ask me 'why I am like that?' " she says looking at the view
Alfred was still looking at her. At this moment he wanted to hug her and tell her ("I am always here , I will listen to your stories, All good and bad as well. I am here, Always here")
He restrained himself from giving a hug.
"Tell me" he says with compassionate eyes.
She looks at him and then looks away
" Okay" she says.
" By the way, I don't want sympathy " she adds and tilts her head a little bit towards him.

" My distrust for love began when I came out of a toxic relationship ---" she says
Alfred cuts her short and speaks "Since, you are being honest here then I should be honest too. I know Sean is your ex boyfriend"
" W...what?" Danica looks at him abruptly with popping eyes.

" I don't know where to start, But, anyway. I have seen broken and shallow relationships in my family. I have seen crooked and wicked family members. I have seen it all. After observing all such things , I came to a conclusion that love can never be a cure, It has always been a poison in person's life. However, When I met Sean, Every thing changed. The way he adored me and talked with me, I felt as if I was wrong somewhere. I felt that Love is real. For the first time, I started to gain trust in love thingy. When he proposed me, I gave him a chance, I gave a chance to myself to fall in Love and see how amazing it can be. ---" Danica stops
" Then ...then what?" Alfred asked
"Every thing was fine as hell initially. I was madly in love. How immature I was !! --" she gritted her teeth as she spoke.
" I love and hate myself at the same time" she says and looks at him with stern eyes.
" I love myself Because, I came so far and achieved great success. I hate myself because of my past mistakes" she explained
" Anyway, I was so badly in love that I didn't see how immature I was being all the time. On the other hand , He had found someone else. For him all this was just a time passing activity. He started to use me and looked down on me." she stops again
" I was so blindfolded by that love thingy that I didn't see how badly he was treating me" she says with gritting teeth, Her eyes were full of wrath.
"Thanks to my best friends, They helped me and took me out of that relationship. After I came out, I realized all the flaws and wrongdoings that I didn't realize before. My distrust in Love was at peak now. After that, I went through rough friendships and Finally when I was out of all this. I realized, Nobody cares, So work hard and achieve your goals." Danica stops now.
"After going through such bullshit things, I have learned one thing and that is, In this world to earn your place, You have to be tough" She adds
Alfred had been listening her with patience. He was feeling bad for her , But at the same time he was agitated on Sean.
He grabs her hands gently and says "Now, Know that I am always here by your side. I won't let you suffer anymore."
Danica smirks and looks away.
" Okay , Whatever! " she says and takes away her hands abruptly.
[ Do I still have to work hard to gain her trust? Okay then, I will work hard more, If she is firm in her beliefs then I am too very determined person. I will make her mine, No matter what. I will make you my wife. ] Alfred thinks looking at her.
