**** THE GET-TO-GATHER HALL****
The hall was wide and huge, The lights and decor added more elgance to it. All chairs were arranged perfectly for media, reporters and team members. Danica's team took their right row of seats and Alfred's team took left rows of seats. The media and reporters were sitting right behind the team members. Mr. paul, who was excited and nervous at the same time was sitting in first row with his friend.
After twenty minutes, Nina enters the stage-- she was looking charismatic in red slit gown. Her white skin glowed and brightened , the red color of slit gown added more beautiful contrast to her skin. Mr. Paul tries to look away,but, fails. He was rather awestruck by her elegance. She looks at Paul and gives a wink. His heart was fluttering by now. His friend noticed this and now he speaks to him in a low voice .
"Hey Paul " he said " Come back to your senses"
" Your face is telling me a different story, dude" his friend added
"What's your problem?" Paul replied finally " Just stay clam. Live and let me live"
"I am not able to understand you" his friend turns blind eye to his statement and speaks "You said you love Danica and now your expression tells me - you love Nina. what's going on man! I have never seen such weirdo in my life"
"Aye, I don't love Nina okay!" Paul says " I just smiled at her, Does smiling at someone count as love? "
"But that smile was different --" His friend added
They both were fighting like small children trying to prove their statements. Their fight was interrupted by Nina's voice - she was about to say something.
She grabs the mic and lowers it.
"Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen, as you are aware of the fact that we have organized this event to introduce CR company's new project and to announce the partnership of CR company with the other party in making of this product ---" she continues her speech.
" I would like to call upon the Ms. Danica Clarke -- the owner and chairwoman of the CR Company on stage" Nina finally calls her.
Danica enters, She looked sexy in the black bandaged dress and her long hairs added more elegance to her look. As always, She was wearing heels, It gave her confidence.
she removes her black sunglasses expressively and speaks
"This eve , I would like to introduce my new business partner to my team and other employees---Here is my new Business partner- Mr. Alfred Brown." she looks to the right side as she cites his name-- he entered the stage.
Paul was shocked and his eyes widened
" Pinch me" he said to his friend " Is this real? Is this a nightmare?"
His friend pinches him tightly, Paul screams .
" It is true" he added.
Paul became restless- Now he felt as if he was about to die from all the surprises he was getting.
Alfred Enters the stage, Eyes of all ladies now cornered him-- At present, He was most handsome man among all. He looked hotter in the suit; which outlined how sturdy his chest was. He really had good shape, Besides that he was tall. He was everything that a woman wished for.
Danica's heart fluttered. Her legs were stuttering a bit, She was feeling shy and nervous. However, She managed to control herself. Nina saw Danica and she knew that her friend really had feelings for this hottie.
He grabs the mike and speaks "I am really honored to collabrate with Ms. Danica and her team. I am sure that our teamwork will achieve great success in short period of time---" he continues his speech.
Meanwhile Mr. paul fainted from the shock, His friend thought he was sleeping.
" Aish..this guy" he said "How can he sleep here, He is such shameless person"
Soon the introduction was over-- Now It was meal time. Everybody were busy with their colleagues and friends - enjoying drinks and getting introduced.
Here, Paul's friend takes a glass of water and throws at Paul.
Paul wakes up abruptly " Am I dead?" he said restlessly
" No, you are alive" his friend sighed as he spoke.
Paul comes back to his senses and realizes that he need to be more practical now.
[ I have to give a tough fight. How can I save myself now? I need to find a solution ] he thinks .
Paul wipes his wet face with handkerchief.
"Let's go!" said his friend.
Danica was standing with her friend Nina, Mr. Alfred approaches Danica and her friend. They started their conversation.
" I just forgot to introduce my manager" said Alfred . He upheld his right hand and said " Here is my manager Mr. Sean Baker"
[ What the heck ! did he just say Sean Baker?...] Danica thinks , her eyes widened as she heard the name.
Nina was Shocked too, she gets closer to Danica and speaks in her ears " What the heck is Sean doing here? I mean - he is your ex boyfriend" she gave a forced smile while she spoke.
" I have no clue" Danica replies " It is a worst yet nice surprise for me."
" Nice?" Nina asked " what's so nice about this ?"
" When your ex boyfriend is working under your partner. Isn't it something that we should be proud of?" Danica gave a bemuse smile as she spoke " Now, finally god has given me a chance to soar and make this guy pay for what he did to me"

" let's make him pay " Nina added " your and my ears will be so satisfied when this Sean will address you as 'BOSS' "
Danica smirks . She was now ready to give this Shean a lesson.
As Sean saw Danica, He became speechless. He had no idea that this will turn out so badly.

She leans her hand for handshake and he too leaned his hand nervously.
" We haven't met before, have we?" she said clutching his hand tightly.
