“I do! My teacher said I play it very well.” Tutu squinted his eyes, his chubby fingers drumming on his legs catching a beat.
“Grandma, when will Grandpa come back?” Tutu remembered that Su Minhsheng hadn’t been home for a few days.
“Aww, it makes sense why Grandpa dotes on Tutu. Our Tutu talks so much about Grandpa! I called him. He said he will be back in the afternoon.” Huo Meijun patted her grandson’s hand.
“Yay! Will daddy stay here?” Tutu asked.
Huo Meijun’s eyes darkened. Su Wei had moved out after they returned from Lan Village. If he wasn’t Tutu’s father and if the child hadn’t nagged her every time to meet him, Huo Meijun would have cut all ties with him.

Li Zexuan was smart but in card games, he was the worst. He lost every round. On the other hand, Li Zexin was very smart. He won every round. Even Lin Wan wasn’t a match for him. After winning a few rounds in a row, Li Zexin gloated. “No one can even match me in this game.”
Li Zexuan looked at the cards in his hands. “How do you know which cards I have in my hands?”
“Do you still not get it?” said Li Zexin. “You even passed Ms. Lin’s 1v3. Isn’t it obvious?”
“Big brother, you haven’t even won once,” said Li Zekai.
Li Zexuan looked at the 0 near his name. “I am not playing anymore. This hurts.”
When Li Yanchen came home, scanned his fingerprint at the door and walked in. He saw cards all over the living room. “You guys have a lot of free time on your hands.”
“Daddy, why are you back so early?” Li Zekai ran to him.
“We are meeting Tutu today in the afternoon. How about we go camping in the Tree Hill?” Li Yanchen lifted his son up.
“Tree Hill?” Li Zexin also put down the cards in his hand. “Tutu invited us? Are we all going?”
“Yes. We will set off after lunch. We will all gather at the Tree Hill at one in the afternoon.” Li Yanchen’s eyes were focused on Lin Wan, as though those words were only for her.
“Is Auntie Xu Xiaoxiao also coming?” Li Zekai asked.
“Yes. All of us. At one in the afternoon.”
Hearing that Xu Xiaoxiao was coming too, Lin Wan could no longer sit still. Just as she was about to say something, Li Yanchen nodded, as if to say he knew what to do.

The trunk of the car was full of gifts. She carried two boxes of Ultraman toys in her hands, while Su Wei carried the gift bags meant for his parents.
“Xiaoxiao, Tutu will like it very much. Don’t worry.” Su Wei gave Xu Xiaoxiao an affirmative look.
Xu Xiaoxiao sighed and walked behind Su Wei.
When he heard the car honk in the parking lot, Tutu knew that his father was back. He jumped up from the sofa and ran downstairs barefooted.
“Slow down, slow down,” said Huo Meijun. “Be careful.”
Tutu, who had run down excitedly, came back up the stairs. He was no longer smiling.
“What’s wrong?” asked Huo Meijun. When Su Wei entered the house, she saw Xu Xiaoxiao following behind.
Huo Meijun’s face darkened. The good mood she had enjoyed while waiting for her son to return, disappeared. She turned around and went to the living room.
Xu Xiaoxiao noticed the change in Huo Meijun’s expression, and the smile on her face froze.
Su Wei patted Xu Xiaoxiao on the shoulder. “It’s fine. Let’s go.”
In the living room, Huo Meijun crossed her arms and sat there indifferently.
Su Wei put down his things with a smile on his face and squatted down in front of his mother. “Mom, I’m back!”
Xu Xiaoxiao also called out “Auntie” with trembling hands. Then she handed the Ultraman toy boxes to Tutu. “Tutu, these are all limited editions. And they are all for you. Do you like them?” She smiled.
Tutu wanted to say that he didn’t like them at all, but he had to admit that the toys looked really good.
Su Wei hesitated. “Mom. Can I take Tutu out today? We arranged a meet-up with his friend’s family.” He turned to his son. “Tutu, can dad take you to meet Jiejie? You can bring these Ultraman toys with you and play with him. But Tutu must be obedient.”
Hearing Jiejie’s name, Tutu relaxed. “Really?!”
“Yes,” said S Wei as he hugged his son. “We already arranged everything. Xixin and Xuanxuan will be there, too. We are going camping. We will get to stay in tents! Would you like that?”
Tutu was happy. He climbed on to Su Wi’s lap. “If I can play with Jiejie, I will be very obedient.”
“Grandma,” said Tutu. “Jiejie is Tutu’s best friend! Do you also want to come with us?”
“Grandma cannot go. We have to climb mountains and camp out at night. Grandma’s body might not be able to take it.” Su Wei was afraid his mom would insist on coming with them, so he hurriedly made an excuse.
