'That's enough!' The little girl held onto the shoulders of the one who was clinging to her and succeeded in taking a step away.
Just as Yvonne had separated herself from Silvia's hug, she found that someone had approached them.
"Vonny, would you like to get something to eat?" Taylor suggested as he had noticed how she had been speaking nonstop ever since she had come here.
'I could use a drink.' She nodded in reply and just as she was about to excuse herself from the group, she found something odd.
Her brows raised in amusement when she found Silvia's cheeks beet red as she stole glimpses at the red-headed boy who had approached them.
'Interesting…' She remarked with intrigue but did not meddle in matters that weren't related to her.
"M-may I come along?" Silvia interjected just as Taylor was about to grab Yvonne's hand and lead her away.
The ladies seated here all giggled when they noticed this interaction between the children which only caused Silvia's cheeks to turn a darker shade of red.
Taylor glanced at the girl who had been sticking close to his Vonny for quite a while now but he did not wish to appear rude by turning her down especially when his mother's hawk-like eyes were watching him from her table a short distance away.
Therefore, he shrugged, without accepting or declining her request.
Yvonne blinked at his actions which had caused the other girl's face to burn in embarrassment and sighed at his dull-headed ways.
"Miss Silvia, please join us." She requested, finally meddling because his indifference could have put him in a difficult spot with so many gossiping women sitting right here.
'Look at the time and place before you behave that way.' She glared at him which brought a sheepish chuckle from her new brother.
She had already realized that Taylor was indifferent to most girls after she had noticed the lack of interaction he had with those who had been present the day they visited Ocular's caravan.
He had ignored Aleena Kiron's existence, rolled his eyes at Cecily Yona's clingy behavior with Jacob Kiron, and even had turned a blind eye towards Elna Leopold.
This was enough to prove that Yvonne was a special existence for him and he did not show such indulgence and care to the other girls he came in contact with.
Yet, Yvonne wished that at least he would behave in a courteous manner with them as she had understood the power of an ill-intentioned tongue.
'A few simple words and I went from a private person who liked to stay at home to a sickly person on my deathbed.' She rolled her eyes at the rumors which had wrecked all her hard work of staying hidden until now.
Therefore when Taylor was subjected to that glare, he understood what she meant and then turned towards Silvia and nodded his head in acceptance of her offer to accompany them.
This simple action from him was enough to elicit a wide smile from the little girl who hugged Yvonne's arm while Taylor stood on the other side.
Raylene and Beatrice shared a smile when they noticed this and turned their eyes in the direction of the little girl who was walking between the two older children.
Viscountess Zavanth watched with wide eyes as her bold daughter had made such a big move right away.
'When did she become this bold?' The mother wondered as her daughter had a loud mouth but was never one to make such offers, especially when a person of the opposite gender was involved.

Taylor glanced in the direction where Damien was seated and smiled at him before escorting his little sister and the girl who was clinging to her like a leech in the opposite direction, away from his sight.

When Yvonne arrived at the area with large tables that had various desserts and fruit drinks lined up, her eyes sparkled at the glorious sight before her.
"Vonny, try this. I got it prepared according to your preferences." Taylor held a tiny dessert plate with a circular treat that resembled a bonbon from her previous world.
For someone who had an immense sweet tooth like Yvonne, this was a treasure trove she had chanced upon.
Thus, she did not reject his kindness and accepted the plate after which she popped the dessert into her mouth.
As the chocolate melted on her tongue, the tang of freshly crushed raspberries assaulted her senses which made an ecstatic smile appear on her face.
"This is so good!" She exclaimed and accepted another plate from him.
Silvia watched from the side as the boy kept handing plates with different desserts to the girl who in turn ate them with gusto, relishing everything on her plate.
"Let me get you something to drink." Taylor declared and strode to the next table before she could reply.
"Psst…" Silvia interrupted the little girl who was taking a bite of the soft cookie that crumbled into her mouth.
Turning her head, Yvonne glanced at the girl who had called her and waited for her to speak.
"You seem close to Young Master Taylor." Silvia muttered and her pale cheeks flushed as she took his name.
Yvonne did not reply but took a moment to observe the little girl standing beside her.
Just a couple inches taller than her, Silvia Zavanth had ice blue hair with mauve eyes.
If Yvonne tried to describe Silvia in simple words then 'Ice Queen' would be the way to go.
'She looks so pale as though there isn't an ounce of blood coursing through her veins.' She stated her findings in her mind.
However, in those mauve eyes, Yvonne did not find any traces of deceit or desire to get closer to her with evil intentions.
Therefore, she decided to answer her query from earlier.
"Yes. Brother Taylor and I are close. My brother Howard and he are best friends." She revealed how they were related without hiding anything.
Silvia was cursing herself for prying into the little girl's life when she found her to be silent but after receiving an answer, she nodded her head while making an 'O' face.
"What about you? How do you know Young Master Topher?" Yvonne questioned in return to make conversation as standing in silence would be awkward.
Silvia grinned and raised her finger and pointed to a boy with similar hair color who was standing in a group with Topher.
"That's my elder brother, Robin. He studies with Topher Sama." She disclosed how they had obtained an invitation to the party at the Duke's estate.
Since Duke Tanner and the Duchess did not believe in only mingling with higher nobles and distancing themselves with the lower ones, they invited everyone whom Topher was close to despite what their social standing was.
Yvonne nodded after taking a glance at Silvia's older brother then went back to eating until Taylor came back with her drink while her new acquaintance continued speaking about everything and anything.
From Silvia's ramblings, she had learned that the Zavanth's fief was located in the Northeastern part of Rosenhyde.
The Zavanth fief was connected to the long snow-capped mountain ranges known as 'The Timara Mountains' which acted as the Eastern border of the Rosenhyde Kingdom.
'That explains which she is so pale and resembles an undead person.' Yvonne snickered while listening to the description of the snowy place that their fief was.
She also learned that Zavanth was surrounded by the Timaras on the North and East, the Roschester fief on the West and South was cordoned off by the Tanner and St. Claire fiefs together.
While Silvia was explaining how closed off Zavanth was from the rest of the Kingdom, they found the young boy walking back towards them.
When Taylor did return, he came back with two glasses of lemonade instead of one.
He first handed one to his little Vonny before turning towards the new girl and gave her the other which she accepted with trembling hands.
'Easy there…' Yvonne bit her lip to stifle her chuckle when she saw the nervous flush on Silvia's cheeks.
From what she had witnessed until now, she was sure that Silvia had a teensy tiny crush on Taylor who seemed oblivious of this fact.
While she was not willing to play cupid between the two, she most certainly would love to watch the show and enjoy every moment of it.
