At this point, it is very likely that the reproduction of the natural resources will be faster compared to the rate at which they are harvested. Which is fine since it means that the Empire won't consume them at a swift rate but it'd be for the best to at least increase the rate of harvest in order to maximize the use and profit.
That being said, this ultimately depends on the Knights. The resources are important yes, but it's not more valuable than one's life.
In truth, Raven shouldn't be so concerned about this matters. Whether they managed to secure the resources or not, isn't something that he should be paying attention to.
