It's because the World Government showed their ambition in this tournament. The Tang Empire knows that the World Government will target the Major Faction once we unify the small factions. Hence, they make a move before the World Government can achieve the unification goal. Do you think the Tang Empire will cancel the War Declaration just because the World Government asks them to?"
