Immediately Roy kicked that idea out of his mind and corrected himself.
‘No, I am certain Delilah’s origin isn’t simple either. I have checked her stats, and her stamina was above 50 without the help of runic items when we first met. Her basic stats are between 40-60. Her stamina is ridiculously high; it has reached 60 points. And her HP is at 25. I initially thought it must be because she is a weapon master. But this time, I guessed wrong. Her basic potential is higher than a pure-blooded Baldwin like me. There is something special about her for sure. Her bloodline might not be simple.’
Roy was too intensely staring at Delilah, finding her so beautiful and talented that he felt an irresistible urge to mark her as his own, and he heated up.
Delilah could, of course, feel someone’s heated gaze on her, and she turned to the source of that gaze, only to realize that Roy was eying her like a predator staring at its prey.
She blinked her eyes at him, bewildered.
“Have you fallen for my charms?”
Standing five feet away from Roy, she chuckled.
Roy was obviously not in love with her.
‘It’s my instinct speaking.’
He looked away from her and focused somewhere else.
‘Just when I confirmed her bloodline was special like mine, I felt an urge to have a baby with her. Why did I feel like that?’
Roy appeared to be even more confused than Delilah.
Just then, a youthful and curious voice belonging to one of the twins woke Roy from his thoughts.
“Are we just going to leave them here?”

With that, Roy approached the electric field with calm, stable steps.
All eyes turned to him.
Amelia worried for his safety.
Delilah was curious to see what would happen when he neared the electric field, but she was also all set and ready to save him if he got electrocuted.
Arlo scratched his head.
‘Aura lightning can harm its creator, but since his black lightning is so different than the normal, maybe it won’t.’
Roy approached the field, and nothing happened, and even when he walked through the electric field in order to pick up the loot, nothing happened.

Arlo replied, “If we walk continuously for 12 hours, we will reach it.”
