[Karendoll’s POV]
I couldn’t even feel a sign, let alone follow it with my eyes, as to when Bridgette-san appeared.
I saw with my own eyes that Bridgette-san was outside the training facility at the time, and there weren’t even any signs of her at the start of the mock battle.
And yet, it was Bridgette-san who suddenly appeared and prevented my attack.
What on earth was going on?
It was impossible for me not to notice Bridgette-san when she came near me.
However, the fact that Bridgette-san appeared and blocked my attack made it more plausible that she was somehow summoned.
As I was thinking this, Kaisar clapped his hands twice.
I had no idea why he did it, but then a maid who was not here before appeared out of nowhere.
Judging from the excuse Kaisar gave me when I confronted him about Bridgette’s breach of contract, I’m guessing the made is also Kaisar’s slave.
At this point, I finally understood why Kaisar had accepted my mock battle.
He didn’t have any intention of having a proper mock battle with me from the very beginning.
That is why he accepted my challenge.
Such a scum…
This is the first time in my life that I have been made fun of and mocked so much.
What makes it worse is that the person who did it was that scum Kaisar. There is no way I could forgive him.
Then, deciding that I would probably have to defeat not only Bridgette but also this maid to beat Kaisar, I looked at the maid and tried to get some information from her, and I couldn’t believe my eyes.
“D-Dragonoid…”
She had a thick, red, reptilian tail growing from the waist above her skirt, red dragon-like wings on her back, and a pair of long red horns protruding from her forehead.
The physical characteristics of the maid indicate that she is from a demi-human race called dragonoid.
“That’s… impossible…”
Dragonoids are inherently proud and look down on us humans, who they consider inferior to them. I have never seen or heard of an individual who would be so submissive even if enslaved.
How can such a race…?
It seems that she’s not only obedient but even loyal to him.
It is impossible.
It may be possible for my brother, but it makes no sense to think that a dragonoid could be loyal to the lowest of the scum, even if enslaved.
What on earth has Kaisar done to this dragonoid? I do not know, but I can’t pull Kaisar into the battle without defeating this dragonoid.
Please report us if you find any errors so we can fix it asap!
